Working in a fast pace high volume environment in our popular cafe' preparing and serving our café style menu.
Full time permanent position running our busy kitchen.
Applicants must be able to work weekends and some evenings during the summer and enjoy working under pressure.
Working under the Restaurant manager duties will include. Supervising kitchen Team, overseeing & carrying out the preparation of food orders, ordering and stock control. menu planning and overseeing the food hygiene standards & legislation. Hence applicants must have experience and an up to date food hygiene certification.
