Volunteer Webmaster and Social Media Manager
We are an Island based charity working around the world to relieve poverty and empower women and children in developing countries. Our emphasis is on water and sanitation, personal hygiene, health and education.
We promote and actively participate in projects in numerous countries independently and with partners such as the United Nations and require a volunteer with experience and ability in designing and maintaining websites including social media platforms.
The importance of ensuring information is current and relevant cannot be over emphasised. Also to be aware of what is happening in the field which may affect operations and programmes within the charity.
You may have that experience, you may have a particular interest in Africa and developing countries and wish to offer those skills to assist the charity going forward.
The position is open to anyone with relevant experience, female, male, those with manageable disability and is purely voluntary. It may be that you wish to participate part time or use this opportunity to add to your CV.
No member of the Trust receives any salary or remuneration at this time.
We feel we wish to give something back to society and assist those who are considerably less fortunate than ourselves. There is an opportunity for international travel, part funded.
Our web site www.rotb.co.uk demonstrates much of what we do and achieve, could you improve it? We are also on FB, Twitter and other outlets.
If you feel you could contribute to our development please call or email
