Recently graduated with a Master’s Degree in International Management and Marketing, I am looking for a PR & Communications Assistant position, on the Isle of Wight. I am available now.
Not only I am a highly motivated, conscientious and enthusiastic person who works well in a team or individually, I am also particularly skilled at working under pressure and managing several projects. In my previous position, in France, as a Promotion and International Relations Assistant at the AIVP, the Worldwide Network of Port Cities, I promoted and developed the network in France and in an international environment. I also discussed and improved the Communication strategies. I was in charge of creating, maintaining and updating content for promotional materials, as well as the website through the use of various social media platforms, which have brought the AIVP into more direct contact with members and non-members.
I have a keen eye for detail and as a dual linguist (French / English), I believe that accuracy is as important to Communications as good diction, correct grammar and developing one’s voice.
My experience includes working for PC Consultants (Ryde) as a Marketing / Community Manager. I was responsible for the Marketing mix strategy, Internet advertising banners by creating new sales opportunities on the Island Eye website and social media by scheduling content across all social media channels and engaging with Island Eye’s fans.
